I am looking for a couple of dedicated staff members.
What I am looking for
Assistant General Manager - Looking for somebody that can help build a winning team. This position will help build the roster, and will work with me to manage the cap situation, as well as use the information our director of scouting gives to field our roster for the week.
Director of Scouting - I need somebody with vast knowledge of the NCAA, and I want somebody who will scout other teams rosters as much as possible to find other teams weaknesses on a game by game basis. This will be a 'full time' position, as I will be looking for input from you for every week and every stage of the offseason.
Assistant Head Coach - I will be looking for an assistant head coach that can help breakdown the scouting reports, and can help me put together a game plan for our opponents.
I am looking for people that have been on this message board a for awhile and have played in leagues like this in the past. The closest thing I have to these kinda leagues, is experience in playing with Front Office Football, and in an online Madden league (32 owners, trades, FA, NCAA draft etc) for the past 3 years, building strong teams.
I will have an interview process via the boards this weekend, and would like to have my staff ready to go for Sunday.
As the Owner, I will oversee all operations within the club, and will have final say in all matters. If you can prove to me that you can handle the role assigned and do well with it, you will be given more power to make your own selections and the chance to be promoted to GM or Head coach, where I will have less of a hand in it. I'm going to be a meddling owner, no doubt about it, but I want to build a winner, and anybody that has interest in my team should want the same.
All members of staff will have input as to what we will do every game day. The Assistant GM will help select the roster, the Director of Scouting will let us know what the other teams strengths, weaknesses and patterns are, and the assistant head coach will help put together a game plan after we have assessed which players will start. The head coach can overrule some players playing, but will have to be approved by either the Assistant GM or the Owner.
