All agreed upon trades must be sent to Beast and myself by both parties, or the trade will not be counted. If Beast thinks it a hugely lopsided trade, it will be placed before the League Council for a vote. (Anyone on the council involved in the trade will not have a vote.)

Beast will keep track of all transactions.
