I should remove that language. We don't really have a transaction period. It'd be equivalent to the times between when a trade or transaction would be recognized and when it ends each week.

I have to disagree with ya Matt. He's taking the cap hit, just like we're taking the cap hit for dropping Dan Morgan after he got injured for the rest of the season. I don't see any reason a team shouldn't be allowed to drop an injured player.
