Hardy could have been had in the 3rd, I fail to belive we couldn't trade down. Sweed or Jackson would have been a better pick, Hardy is a Possession reciver in the NFL, an has all the tools to be a good one. but what BUffalo needs is a bonified #2 threat to take pressure off of Evans.
Hardy isn't it

This is a great player. He was a beast in the red zone!!!! This is exactly what we needed.
A CB and a Big WR.
Now tomorrow we get our Play making TE, and there are several still on the board.

I will say this though, Hardy big stature does make for a solid red-zone target.
Too bad he is known to be of a Meshawn

Hardy, Sweed, Thomas, any one of the three was fine with me.
Bills draft grade: B+

I think Hardy is the safest of the top ranked WRs. We got the tall WR we wanted. He has a solid body of work and a good 40 time. The character concerns are comparable to those of Marshawn Lynch which is to say minimal. I like what OBD is doing so far.

The date on that mock is about February, so that's fine. If you look at anything I updated, its more accurate.
1. CB Leodis McKelvin, Troy
2. WR Malcolm Kelly, Oklahoma
3. TE Brad Cottam, Tennessee
4. FB Owen Schmitt, WVU
4. Ali Highsmith, OLB, LSU
This is from a thread a few days ago.

My knee-jerk reaction was I don't like Hardy, mostly stemming from the off-field issues. But, he is a gifted athlete that may take time to develop.
Also, Marshawn Lynch's character was questioned. I do like the athleticism Hardy brings to the table, and will give him a chance. My mistake on reacted so quickly.

Evans + Parrish + Hardy + Lynch = trouble for defenders. I mean, who do you focus on when they could all burn you?
Great pick up. Plus, as far as I know, he has minimal injury history (vs Sweed or Kelly)

His stats from ESPN( they had to have gotten his hieght wrong think its 6'5 1/2) Like GoldBillsFan1212 said TD machine, good speed 4.45 40 time, has a me rep, but thats not always a bad thing if the vets keep'em in check in the lockerroom.
