Hes got motivation and work ethic problems. If that can be worked out then this guy could be a star in the NFL. Lee will work well with him I think just as a guy to take the double team away from lee. Not to mention marshawn. Our offense is looking up.

I'm not really worried about his "character Concerns"

I remember seeing an interview with modrak with him saying Hardy's issues were a little blown out of proportion and they didn't see them as a problem.

and two, DJ is one of the best in the league at getting his players to play and give it their all every down... his work ethic shouldn't be an issue
