I can't do much more than to stand up and say that I was 100% wrong. Except to say that the folks who championed Hardy (Tool Salesman and Sabinus that I remember) clearly had a much better handle on the whole thing than I had.
Congratulations to them.
I was totally wrong, and I hope that James Hardy has a long and terrific career with the Buffalo Bills.
its all good bro
kudos to you for fessing up! not many would do so
GO BILLS!!!

I didn't think they'd take him, especially if Sweed was still on the board. Guess they are shying away from injury history. You're a good man to stand up and say that. I'm excited for our draft prospects, and can't wait for next year!

I think everyone saw the report about his "domestic incident" and two game suspension in 2006, and the red flags went up. The Bills apparently did their homework and found there was nothing to the charge. As per Chris Brown's article, they also learned that Hardy has done a remarkable job of coping with a terrible upbringing, and was a leader on the Indiana football team. Drafting for character seems not to be simply a matter of looking for the player with a clean record.

I really doubt they are shying away from injury history unless these guys were still hurt i mean look at POZ PSUBILLS, our draft experts thought that he was better than them thats it

Or maybe they learned from the Poz situation. He did miss all of but three games last year. But with that said, i doubt that is the case. Poz fit a position we badly needed to fill and other than perhaps David Harris he was clearly the best one to fill it.

Tool Salesman did, but Sabinus was a Devin Thomas jock sniffer. ;)

Actually, i never championed for Hardy. I thought he would be a nice player in the league, but that we wouldnt take him. I was surprised by the pick with Sweed still there, but I have faith in the FO.
