because BEAT a WOMAN and HER CHILD then interfered with the cops investigating. and The fact that it happened just a little over a year ago means it's still pretty relevant, sure he's been clean since but pacman was clean his junior year of college too... and pacman didn't do anything nearly as bad as slapping around his baby's momma and the baby. (for all the stuff pacman has been accused of he's only been arrested twice)
