Innocuous means harmless. No one is holding anything over anyone.

As a college student myself, i found this kind of funny. I had a friend arrested this weekend and I respectfully asked the cop why because he had the wrong person. He told me that I was making it worse for my friend and that one more word I was next. As I walked away he asked me if i thought he was ******ed and continued to egg me on. Had I gotten arrested would that have made my character flawed? No. That's why his character should not be in question. Guys will be guys. Great pick, I liked him in college and he should add good depth.

this guy plays out of control on the field and that appears to mirror his life off the field. he has had numerous personal fouls called on him during games. how many personal foul penalties do you see in a whole season?? not too many....this guy has a history of getting those penalties. he seems to be out of control and very immature.

Sounds like some bull**** to me. He was probably making sure his teamate was ok in the cop car and the cops freaked out because they are hillbilly confederates and Ellis is an African-American. Maybe not, but that stuff happens down there man. The color of one's skin is still judged way too much in this country.

This account of what happened is a little different saying that Ellis tried to incite others to join in against the police. Probably just trumped up charges but both received sentences of community service, anger management counseling and a year of probation.

Most pre draft reviews of Ellis didn't even mention this or any other character concerns. It would seem the Bills were not concerned with it either.
