Small school guy who didn't get the exposure. I don't think he would've been a 1st or 2nd rounder if he went to Michigan or something but he would've been drafted a lot higher.
I think like always people on this board are thinking short when they should be thinking long.

37 TD's in Division 2 doesn't always translate to the NFL. I think he'll be a good backup RB who might get some carries or passes thrown his way. I doubt he'll be a FB on this team.

He was not a first or second rounder because he came from a small school division.
Every time you go up a division or conference, you face a bigger,stronger,faster compitition.
Also he is not a "speedy" runner,he is a power runner which is even more of a challenge when going up in division or conferance.Going from Div ii to the NFL will be a huge jump for his style of RB.
That said my mind just drew a blank,,,,,didn't Freddie come from a small school????
