Another player from Iowa St....Hmmm, I guess DeMontie Cross' insights not only impacted the draft but the undrafted signings too.

He's listed at DraftDaddy as LB, but the university site had him listed as DB in 2006:

By gaining 10 lbs, I guess he shrunk an inch?

Looks like he started at safety, then moved to LB and played special teams. Is this a Coy Wire replacement?

WILL linebackers tend to be smaller and faster in the cover 2 system. They definitely won't be switching schemes anytime soon.

I think it's because Highsmith is such a small, slow LB, I like him but very little chance of making it in the NFL. I hope someone gives him a chance.
