Teams Owners are allowed to, but not required to bring on staff members by "signing" them to a 1 year deal renewable yearly.

Equal moves or lesser moves to a new team are not allowed while under contract for a current owner. Remember that staff positions, other than obviously the owner, is only a one year deal, but it is renewable each year. You DO NOT have to have a higher staff position filled to fill a lower position. The following will be the only allowed team staff, in order of Highest position down:

Owner
General Manager
Executive Director of Pro Personnel
Assistant General Manager
Director of Scouting
Head Coach
Assistant Head Coach

The League office will not recognize any other positions. You can have more than one person at a position, and their titles will be recognized as Co-(position).

A staff member enters into a contract with a team by verbal committment.
