posey was not bad, his numbers were never great because he spikes and fletcher and adams and williams used to hog all the tackles

Clements was pro bowl alternate never made it with votes. Truth be told McGee was the better corner Clements last year here. Also he was largely overpaid and was terrible in San Fran they regret it. You cannot compare Kyle to those two because it is a different system they were strictly run stuffing DT's Kyle is a pass rushing DT different type of players.

Teams generally do alot better in their second year moving from a 4-3 to 3-4 defense. Potentially yes they can be a top 10 defense.

there is your problem bud. just because they have "potential", it doesnt mean they are or will be as good as you think. those defenses in 2003/4 WERE that good.

A great Nate Clements, Sam Adams, Pat Williams, Fletch, TKO, a solid Posey, Terrence McGee in his prime, and Aaron Schobel in his prime.

mcgee has never ever been a better corner than clements. even last year when clements was downgraded to the nickleback he was still better then mcgee.
