They have over achieved so far. This team still has needs. Kyle being hurt is a huge hit, despite Dareus playing awesome.

We shouldn't just be happy with a loss, but I'd be lying if I didn't think the Jets would beat us. Our gameplan offensively was terrible. I thought our defense performed admirably, but we still have several glaring needs.

I like our "misfit" receivers, but we need someone opposite Stevie that is more of a performer. Our guys are role players. I don't think Lee Evans was good enough, so I'm glad he's gone...But I think we need to add a strong receiver, no doubt.

I can't for the life of me understand some of Fitz' throws. He's been fine, I'm happy we have him, but especially that one pick he threw straight to the defense, with not much pressure, was baffling.

Its a young team. I think we can finish 9-7 or so, maybe even make the playoffs. But they still need a lot. So I'm not mad about the loss.

We need better corners, we need a stud WR opposite Stevie, we need to resign Stevie, and a lot of our players are rookies or 2nd year guys, and they need to improve.

Overall I'm happy with the progress. They've been better than I expected, even yesterday.
