As far as I know, he is still available. Is there any reason to believe he is not beter then Jones? Id have to think he would be worth a shot? I get that people hate the "sign player x" threads, but if your being honest, we all know we need a reciever. Jones is at best a 4. The Jet game was an eye opener, on how bad our WR seperation is.

It would be hard to find a down grade from Jones. Im sorry, im not sure how people dont get that. He is our 4th or 5th best WR. I would rather have CJ, Nelson, or even Roosevelt start, over Jones.

I'm not even trying to claim that Jones is anything special, he isn't and I agree with you on that. But Berrian is crap dude, he would add nothing to this team, especially if he came in this late.

No thanks, not saying we shouldn't think about upgrading the WR position next year, but who we have is fine for this year assuming they stay healthy. The only person I would even think about now would be TO and that would only be if injuries factored in.

Berrian would be an improvement, an improvement we don't need.

Teams in the second year of rebuilding programs don't need to grab band-aids to try to do better that one year. They need to get experience for their young players, they need to correctly figure out who can play and how well, and they DON'T need to bring in old guys as one or two year fixes.
