I think this kid can be had by any team wants him. Both the Rams and the Vikings are sitting in a good spot with the 2 and the 3rd pick. Both teams have good young promising quarterbacks and holes on both sides of the football. I think this is a good oppurtunity for the Bills to make a stand and finally get a stud quarterback. Im not not sure what it would take this years and next years first and second for sure maybe more. Whatever it takes this franchise needs a real quarterback.

It's not worth the number of picks it would cost. We have a lot of problems on this team, and they won't be solved with one move like this.

people here don't want to swing for the fences for a possibly elite QB.

they think a pass rush will suddenly make Fitz's throws quick, fast and accurate.

When you give up 4 or 5 Day 1/Day 2 picks for one guy, you aren't setting yourself up for success.

Especially when that one player could be a bust.

By doing this, you are maybe improving the offense. By holding on to the picks, you are likely improving both the offense and the defense.

This team isn't that far off. Get the right players, and we're fine.

We need major offense upgrades. The NFL is changing and the 'Defense wins championships' saying is going out the window.

How many years do you want to wait this could be our shot? It's a quaterback league you either have one or you don't.

4 out of the top 5 teams in points scored per game made the playoffs.

4 out of the top 5 teams in points allowed per game also made the playoffs.

What teams do you think have a shot to win the super bowl?

Sorry, but I'd rather not potentially set the franchise back 5 years just to get one specific prospect that's as likely to succeed or fail as many others.

And is it really a quarterback league?

The Texans just won a playoff game with a 3rd stringer.

The Bengals made the playoffs with a mediocre rookie.

The 49ers are the #1 seed in the NFC with a game manager at the helm.

The Broncos are in the playoffs despite their QB having all the throwing ability of a defensive tackle.

Good teams win, and there's more than one way to build them.

I wonder if anyone will be able to make the Saints punt in the postseason.

What have the Bills done over the years that make you confident that they can fill holes other then quarterback?

All that matters is what's happened over the years since Nix has taken over as GM, since he's the guy drafting for us, and he's done a very good job of doing so based on the limited data we have thus far.

I just dont understand why some Bills fans have such blind faith like things are just gonna magically gonna change? This team needs major changes. Until the Bills get a real quarterback we will own the basement of the afc east let alone make playoff run

Never said QB wasn't an issue, it clearly is. The point I've been making is that I don't want to give away our drafts for the next couple of years on one guy, when we could get another guy for the cost of just one draft pick.

The Giants seem to be doing just fine.

I'm just saying, the draft isn't some wonderful gracing football fountain, a clever man can manage just fine improving his team with fewer picks. Apparently Buffalo lacks a clever man, though.
