This kid won sooooo many games at Boise State and played at a very high profile level. I am not saying Round 6 is not right, but wow, what a statement.

If each on lasts an average of 4 to 5 years that means they need to find 20 to 25 new QBs each year. Where do they come from?
    Kellen Moore Senior Bowl Reports:

    1) Boise St. QB Kellen Moore is a polarizing prospect within the scouting community who many feel is going to be selected in the top three rounds. That may ultimately happen but it would be a mistake and there were countless examples of why today. Moore is a bit taller than expected, checking in at 5-11¾ at the weigh-in, but that is still far from ideal. In addition to being short, Moore’s arm strength also leaves much to be desired. The guy really needs to wind up and put everything behind his throws to push the ball downfield and even then it doesn’t get there with any zip. Early on Moore even struggled with his accuracy, which is supposed to be his bread and butter. Moore did improve slightly as the session progressed but in my opinion he was clearly the third best signal caller on the North squad today.

    2) Boise St. QB Kellen Moore was improved since yesterday and displayed good ball placement. However, his deep passes and outs were jumped by corners, including one by Jamell Fleming. Moore just doesn’t get very much zip on his throws.

    3) The struggle continues for Boise St. QB Kellen Moore and anyone who says that he is having anything less than a disappointing week may need to review the practice tapes again. Today Moore was indecisive, often pumping the ball then pulling back. Moore also mishandled at least three snaps, both from under center and in the shotgun. It’s been discouraging to see a guy who is lauded for being technically sound and efficient have trouble with some of the little things, including aspects of the game that were supposed to be his strengths. Nobody can deny that Moore was one of the greatest college football players of all-time but he simply doesn’t have the physical tools to be anything more than a backup at the next level.
He might go undrafted, let alone the 6th.
    2014 Bills Draft (Early Targets)
    Anthony Barr (LB)
    Louis Nix III (NT)
    Austin Seferian-Jenkins (TE)

This is the NFL draft, not a boyscout draft.

I agree - how many successful weak armed small Qbs have to fail at the pro level for people to get a clue?
    Looking forward to 2013:

Manuel - most upside in the draft
Woods - most pro ready WR
Alonso - tall ILB with coverage skills
Goodwin - fastest WR in draft
Duke Williams - prince of a pick
Meeks - no he is not
Hopkins - best K prospect in the draft
    Gragg - vertical threat TE

Go ahead and complain - I am happy with this draft
Adopt a Bill - first choice Alonso, second Goodwin

You have to remember, in college, the players are theoretically spread out, and even on teams like Georgia and LSU, you still have a bunch of guys who are never going to even go into an NFL training camp.

College football is as much about scheme as having talent. Now, teams that have talent tend to have the most success, but because you have so many players on each team that are not NFL talent you can mask deficiencies much easier in college than you can in the Pro's.

The fact is weak armed short QB's are very few and far between in the NFL.

I remember hearing a couple years ago... somewhere that generally speaking you only draft a QB if you believe they have a chance to be a starter. If you don't think they are ever going to be a starter, then you reserve them as undrafted free agents. IMO, thats where Moore belongs.
    Mock Draft:
    1) OT - Cordy Glenn - Georgia
    2) OLB - Lavonte David - Nebraska
    3) WR - AJ Jenkins - Illinios or Chris Givens - Wake Forrest
    4) CB - Josh Norman - Costal Carolina
    4) QB - BJ Coleman - Tennessee-Chattanooga
    5) DE - Jake Bequette - Arkansas
    5) C - Mike Brewster - Ohio State
    6) WR - Junior Hemmingway - Michigan
    7) TE - Kevin Kroger - Michigan
    7) CB - Ryan Steed - Furman
