why not sign T.O. to a minimum contract, and see what he could do? he was productive in Cincy if I remember correctly (had him on my fantasy team). If he can't hack it, cut him in camp. Only offer a vet minimum contract. I think it's worth it. It seems as though he and Fitz had a good rapport (could be wrong). Fitz also seems to be THE ONLY QB he hasen't thrown under the bus. What are your thoughts?

Too old, blown out knee. His workout wasn't that spectacular from what I recall of the write-ups.

There's a reason no NFL team will touch him, and I don't believe it's completely related to his baggage.

This is a team that is trying to build something for long run, not just one season. TO is AT BEST in his last year or so of productivity, much better to get a player that at least might be able to help us out for an extended period. I would rather much rather waste the time on a few UDFAs WRS and see if we get lucky and can develop one.
