But I think what could have happened was Buffalo could have leaked it to the agent, who leaked it to him.
Josh Robinson and Jamell Fleming are second and third round talents. Olivier Vernon is a fourth round talent. Reuben Randall is borderline first, possible second round guy. If they were 100% sold on Brooks in the 2nd, he would of been in for a visit.

Not saying we won't take Brooks, but if we do it won't be in the second.
Yes we did but he was at worst a mid round 3 choice, Brooks at worse is a sixth round choice. Maybe the guy meant Josh Robinson at 41 as I've heard they have a 1st round grade on. Not this guy.

I have seen some Draft sites that have him rated as high as a 3rd, but that's it.

Truthfully, who are any of us to question Buddy Nix?

We took Chris Hairston 2 rounds early last year.

Might make some of you feel better, this kid can play but he was always stuck behind superstars.

Harriston was always considered a mid pick not a late round pick. Harriston got drafted exactly where he should. We also scouted Harriston a bit as well.

Huge difference. Hairston was an extra 4th rounder...this is a pick that can bring in a fringe first round talent.

    Why?

He's VERY talented and physical but was stuck behind superstars.

This kid still made plenty of plays at LSU.

We are not taking a college teams nickel/slot corner in the 2nd round.
