Default Kuechly's "the kind of kid you want to marry your daughter"

The more I read about Kuechly, the more he sounds like a classic Buddy Nix 1st round pick. Oh yeah, he's marriage material alright. This article spells out a number of his attributes that sync up with reasons Nix gave for drafting Spiller and Dareus. To sum up...

    • Track record: Won Division I state championship in high school. Leading tackler in college football last 2 years.
    • Production: Leading career tackler in ACC history with 532 tackles in 3 seasons.
    • Character: "One of the good guys, a great kid. He’s done it all the right way. He’s the kind of kid you want to marry your daughter."
    • High motor: Known for his relentless pursuit of the ball and a fiery competitive spirit that drives him on every play.
    • Fundamentals: "An excellent form tackler" and "a real student of the game."
    • Versatility: "About as good as it gets from the middle or inside linebacker position."

The only problem? He's not from the South!

I want Luke the most, I think we can get a solid WR later. I could be sold on a LT or CB.
A new year, a new hope, go Bills.

My chief concern for Kuelchy is that it says he is a middle to inside linebacker. This is not a position of need. What we need in a Strong-Side Linebacker, a position I am not sure Kuelchy can play.
I try not to be a pessimist, but it's not working to well.

In the system we are going to run, I have no doubt in my mind Kuechly could play either OLB spot effectively.
Before you die Lonestar, there is something you should know... I am your father's brother's nephew's cousin's former roomate.

He could play all 3 spots if he had (and pretty much at the same time with the DL in front of him)
Kuechly could be a great addition to start as SAM and when Barnett is over the hill they could switch. WILL requires a little more speed than SAM but SAM is easier to start with as assigments are a little easier.
Besides since an offense can more around to force your FS to play SS and visa versa it would be a great idea to have to simular types at OLB so motion will not make us weaker and Kuechly could help in that regard.
    Mock draft.
    1) Patterson WR- Vols
    2) Nassib/Glennon/Wilson/Jones/ Manuel (the one OBD belives in)
    3) Vance McDonald TE - Rice
    4) Reddick ILB - North Carolina
    5) S.Thomas Syracuse / D.J. Swearinger - South Carolina - S
    6) Chris Jones - DT - Bowling Green
FA. Sign Moore to play LG for two years. Sign Karlos Dansby to play ILB for 1-2 years.
Go all in on franchise guy next year if he is there and 2nd round QB is not ready.

Kuechly's strengths are actually better suited for the SAM in our defense than the MLB spot. It would be a perfect fit.

Until you lose a player for being suspended. It's ruined teams like the Bengals.
