Default McShay on our pick (Video)

McShay likes our pick and here it is.

If you can't see the video what he said was yes that believed our biggest needs where OT and WR but he wasn't sold on Reif or Floyd and felt that Gilmore was much more valuable. He was BEST player available and he will make our defense better.

    Hard to disagree.

I wasn't sure if this was a need position but there is NO question that Buddy and Chan did so I can't be upset about it. So what we did was we combined the best of the two thought processes. We got the BEST PLAYER AVAILABLE, and a to FILL A NEED.

I wasn't excited not disapointed with the pick last night. I was hoping it was going to be Floyd but the more I look at the pick and our defense, I like the pick a lot.

I still want Fleming or Bolden as a Bill. I believe they fit our system well. We can grab a good LB or two and have a SICK defense right off the bat next year.
OBD's draft V.S. my real time draft:

    1) Manuel (QB) - 1) Manuel (QB) Like it
2a) Woods (WR) - 2) Woods (WR) Love it
    2b) Alonso (MLB) - 2b) Dallas Thomas (G)
    3) Goodwin (WR) - 3) Cory Lemonier (OLB/DE)
    4) Williams (S) - 4) Shamarko Thomas (S)
    5) Meeks (S) - 5) Da'Rick Rogers (WR)
    6) Hopkins (K) - 6) Hopkins (K) Great pick
    7) Gragg (TE) - 7) Jordan Poyer (CB)

I don't get the love for Floyd. On top of that, Nix has never invested in WRs. It seems to be part of his philosophy. Receivers are the easiest position to fill, so unless you're drafting the next Calvin Johnson you don't use a 1st round pick, let alone a top 10 pick, on one.
