If Polian was such a great GM he would of planned for the situation he found himself in last season and he wouldn't of lost his job. I think he is a very good GM but I think Nix is just as good if not slightly better than Polian is.

You do realize that Bill Polian wasn't the GM of the Colts last year, and hasn't been since 2009? So no, he wouldn't have planned for the situation because he hasn't been the GM to plan for the situation last year.
