Where does Naaman Roosevelt fit in? I remember some good plays from him last year. Gonna be an interesting camp for those WRs...

Its all opinion, but Easley was doing nothing.
idk what this means...an old thread where Evans is still on the team and people are thinking Buster Davis and Hubbard are going to make the team.

Looking at what actually happened: Easley had a better preseason than Jones, while playing against 1st team defenses. Even if he doesn't win the starting job, I don't think Easley is getting cut.

I cant stand Jones either. But I have moved on from Easley. How can anyone expect anything from the guy? He wasnt even that good to begin with. Id take my chances with Hagan. At least he has done something.

yeah, but if you look at that old thread brianmoorman4jesus posted, people were saying the same thing about Roosevelt last year and look what happened. Granted, there's some better depth this year so it may end up that way.

Roosevelt did make a few plays last year. I'm not sure where he fits in. Camp will certainly be interesting this year.

Clowney will be cut bc Kamar is better at special teams then him.
He dropped everything thrown to him in preseason and can't stay healthy. I hope you're right because his size is needed!!

If Kamar and Marcus both made the gameday roster, we would have some serious size and speed at the wideout position.

The fans dreamed that up. He was battling Jones in the preseason, and the coaching staff continuously gave Jones the first team reps, and Easley rotated in with the second and third units. All of his preseason production came after the second half, if I remember correctly.

The fans thought Easley was winning the battle, but he was only gaining ground by the time his heart ailment was noticed.

The fans wanted someone to overtake Jones so badly they started over-hyping and over-analyzing every other receiver. I did it too. But Easley wasn't that close.

Call me crazy, I'm not sold that Jones makes the team.

I'm not sure why B. Smith is guaranteed a roster spot. He played a little wildcat and that is about it. He didn't throw and he didn't catch many balls. Unless Chan comes up with ways to use him, let the competition begin.

Marcus could Easley make this team. He had a good camp last season. He had some tough breaks with his health. I like the new proposed IR rule. He could have played if that was in place.

You can have him......it was a good story while it lasted, local kid makes it.

In press coverage he can't get off the line of scrimmage.

Marcus Easley will not make the team. He was never the number two WR on the team and was hurt pretty early in training camp his rookie year. He might look like Eric Moulds in gym shorts but he's not Eric Moulds, not even close. Easley barely played college football and is two full years removed from playing a game he was still learning. One decent season of production in a weak football conference.

Marcus Easley is getting so much unwarranted hype Michael Jasper is embarrassed for him.

Roosevelt was one of the final cuts last year and brought back in because of injuries.

Unless there are a boat load of injuries, I can't see him making the roster this year.

You know, Kamar Aiken, the 6'1 and 1/8ths, 213lb receiver who ran a 4.45 forty at his pro-day.

Which one will be cut - David Clowney - He was brought in as a band-aid on a gushing artery of injuries. He will go away as soon as the arm is back.

Which one will get minimial PT - Kamar Aiken - Injuries DO happen and Aiken is a better choice then Clowney

Which will make a solid contribution to the team - Marcus Easley - This is a double edged sword. 2 years and 0 games later Easley has shown nothing. Literally nothing. The answer for him would be more like "Which will make a solid contribution or be cut before game 2 otherwise."
I've never been more personally happy with the FO and the job they are doing. Signing on solid contributers / burning away the chaff.

Good luck FO and GO BILLS!!!!
