I care, for one.
Not that it's the most important thing I've seen in the offseason or anything, but it's interesting to know. It's always good to be reminded why character counts. And lots of people on here wanted Fairley.

I don't think they'll regret taking Dareus. This should be a big year for him.
Fairley is a good player, but I'd rather root for a guy that stays out of jail.

Dareus was the better pick regardless of what Fairly does on or off the field.

I remember after the National Championship game...everybody in here was raving about how we should take Fairley. So glad we took Dareus instead. There are guys who have played many years in the league and haven't been arrested ONE time. But this bum already been arrested twice going into his second year..very sad

Anyone remember the report that the Bills had Fairley rated higher than Dareus? It was released draft day I think. It was a smoke screen, but it made my heart skip a beat that day when I saw it.

THat makes two DUI arrests in less than a year. Plus they mention he was trying to elude charges. Detroit Fans already calling him a "bust".

I was one of the guys who wanted Fairley due to his nasty streak but when just about all of the talking heads and draft pundits showed him slipping down the boards I had no problem with them picking Dareus and was happy when Denver passed on him and we selected him.
Sure the DUI stuff isn't good news, especially the way Goodell likes to suspend players under the league's conduct policy but plenty of good players have had tons of off the field issues over the years. 2 of our best players in franchise history had serious drinking problems when you look at Jim Kelly and Bruce Smith.

Dareus does a pretty good job of making himself look good he dont need a tard like fairley ****ing up to do that. Fairley is looking like a fAt maybin at this point in his career.
