This sounds great, actually. Ivan Reitman needs to make it another Ghostbusters though, not another "My Super Ex Girlfriend".

Coincidentally, the last time the Sabres won a Stanley Cup was in a movie, also.
No one circles the drain like the Buffalo Bills.

This sounds like real life documentary. A comedy about a Buffalo Bills team that has not made the playoffs in a decade? Geez, that probably wasn't a hard script to write.

It could be a fun movie to watch as long as we are winning. If it comes out during a losing season some fans will be committing suicide.

    i like this a lot...

but i have a question... are they going to give us the top pick? are they going to take artistic license and make us the worst team in the league?

sounds kind of like an aaron-sorkin type of work. behind the scenes of the NFL draft. i'll watch it.
WHEN Buffalo wins a Super Bowl, I will cry. I am not ashamed to admit it.

I have had faith in god, been engaged, and rooted for the Bills who were playing in a Super Bowl. Nothing i believe in ever works out.

They could have made up a fictional team ...
    BUT :
There was a cute Drew Barrymore/ Jimmy Fallon movie called Fever Pitch that was about Fallon's character being a die hard Red Sox fan ... very relatable to BILLS fans ...The other fans in the stadium say things like " Bucky Friggin' Dent! " and everybody groans... like " wide right" ...
One of the great lines after Fallon's character is taken to his first Sox game as a kid: Careful, kid. They'll break your heart. "
Anyway , point is....they filmed the movie the year the Sox won the World Series... and had to actually rewrite the script because the Sox won .
    So.......................hey ....... you never know....

Just wanted to share a local article on the movie. Has a few new quotes from the writers.

This is awesome! Hopefully they do a good job with it and hire some cool actors/actresses.

Reitman just worked with Ashton Kutcher in his last movie, hopefully they didn't form a tight relationship.
