    Remember how lucky we are to live in a country where we are free, where we can earn a living and still have time to enjoy football, family and friends, not necessarily in that order.

    Thanks to the men and women who, more than two centuries ago, had the vision, courage and strength to create what is still the world's most successful country by almost any message.

    And thanks to all the men and women who have preserved our freedom and this country.
