come on man be real, they are trying different packages, according to galiey today mopats looks great, why not play him in nickle and it would not surprise me one bit if he is our starter.

he is going into his third year where players typically make their big jump!

Moats is going to surprise a lot of people. I watched a few replays of a couple games from 2011. Moats is better than most people realize. He was a bit green last season. Watch him this year after he got another year's experience under his belt. He be da man.

Based on this interview with Chan: http://www.buffalobills.com/news/art...9-ccabebc2cc2e

I don't think I would be too surprised to see Moats start at OLB this year, if he has been as impressive as Chan says he has.

I like Moats, he seems to be a great guy, but when spencer Johnson started ahead of him at LB last season it made me question how good of a player moats is.

I think it should have made you question how good a coach George Edwards was - did you think of that? Nix and Chan did.
    Looking forward to 2013:

Manuel - most upside in the draft
Woods - most pro ready WR
Alonso - tall ILB with coverage skills
Goodwin - fastest WR in draft
Duke Williams - prince of a pick
Meeks - no he is not
Hopkins - best K prospect in the draft
    Gragg - vertical threat TE

Go ahead and complain - I am happy with this draft
Adopt a Bill - first choice Alonso, second Goodwin

are you kidding me.....Moats was the only one we had last year that could give us anything that resembeled a pass rush he has shown a lot of flashes since hes started and I'm excited to see what he can do for a defence that finally knows what it wants to do
    I want ??????? at 8 - March 2013

Serious question. Are you ******ed? Moats and Shep both had hits on the QB's that caused ints in the philly game. I posted a video of Moats bc this is a Moats thread and you keep saying its sheppard.

Did u read only the first sentence and then replied? Or did u read it all? I wrote as I'm sure u can read that I just remembered sheps more and that I hear you on the moats. Good stuff. Well... I see u edited so I guess u retracked... Cool. No biggie. No need to get all bent out of shape. Moats had a good one too. I guess shepps made more conversation so it stuck more in my memory. Cool.

You keep saying it was sheppard who hit Vick, yes he did, but thats not what I was talking about. I posted a Moats video. I didn't retract anything. I added to my post.

Wanny confirms that this OLB spot is an open competition.
