2009 is the year that VY regained his starter's job in TN and also that Fitz began his career in Buffalo. It's more relevant as a predictor for VY because he is much-improved as a passer since his first 2 NFL seasons in 2006-07, as one would expect.

I just created and started posting comments today on the bills forum. I'm not a Bills fan but a football fan. I'm also here because of VY. The guy gets a lot of bad press for winning games. it's comforting to know we have two back up quarterbacks who are good enough to start for most other teams. If fitzeroo gets hurt either pigpen or young are just as good. We wouldn't miss a beat. Superbowl, here we come!!!!

Vy is the second comming and he is only held back by the media, the coaches, the teams, the fans. Vy is soooooo goood.... that noone but buffalo called him for a back up role... because all 32 teams are set at QB even though Vy is the best Qb in the whole wide worlds...

And please dude... we all know you have atleast 5 other accounts here.

As far as your link... I couldnt care less that he can throw a ball into a stack of garbage cans. Thats about as important to me as knowing that your QB is actually a running back that can make a throw or two.

For the last time, I did not log onto this forum to proclaim Vince the savior. I logged on to respond to misinformation, especially coming from that FanSince1973 guy. Note he never responded to my inquiry as to why he dumps on VY so much. Don't see how someone could trash a new player so vigilantly without some history there.

I realize your new here and that FanSince1973 guy is here to help you out since your not capable, although hard I know, since this thread is filling up like a Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus making it hard to find it. so I'll post my quote along with a link to the page where I posted it if that helps you out, Vince Young Fan.

Come on now young fellow why pray tell would you consider my opinions as kindergarten remarks. might it be because you don't like the fact that I don't put vy up on this pedestal of greatness. yourself and the vy supporters have the same right to your opinions as I do mine and even if they are complete opposite it doesn't have anything to do with kindergarten now does it, have a little more respect for yourself. I feel that I may have touched a nerve when I said vy sucks so I'll put it into a little more respectful way. I don't see him as a great nfl QB, not consistently anyway and especially not in the last couple years. the win loss argument is also moot to me as that is going back to his more consistent era. as for his great college career, many QB's that had great college careers didn't always transition well into the nfl although at times might show a spark of how they were in college yet this young man has fallen off from his time of being a more consistent QB. hence his recent backup job in philly and now having to battle for yet another backup position here. he's 28 now and fighting for a backup job with a tough hill to climb and no I don't think thigpen is any better he just has an advantage being in Gaileys offense the last two years and it has been said vy struggles when trying to learn a new playbook. at the end of the day, I could care less who makes the # 2 spot because they'll be holding a clipboard anyway so no worries there. I'm finding this whole vy circus rather amusing to say the least, and what's more amusing is the infatuation and obsession by the little following of new members he has acquired here lately, not saying you hold that obsession Marcell, and I certainly wouldn't put you at any kindergarten level. right now it's camp and we really wont know who makes the roster until after the four preseason games are played and they make the final cuts. mean while I shall continue to be amused at the recent vy circus of followers that seem to own the board here in late July.

So if people start posting positive things about Vy, that are not true, do you jump on the forums to clear that up to? Cus, I gotta tell ya... there are alot of mistruths about Vy. Yet, I only see you post against the negative ones that you deem not true.
