logo Mike and Mike talk Bills football this morning.

ESPN radio is advertising that mike and mike in the morning will be talking Bills and Dolphins this morning after 6am at some point.
It's usually simulcast on ESPN 2 I believe.
However Buffalo has the Howard Simmon show so if you have ESPN 2 you'll have to watch it.

Nothing really noteworthy. Mike and Mike are saying 8-8 which they think is good for 2nd in the division. Schlereth says 9-7 or 10-6
    3 years ago

"What matters is two years and three years down the road, if we have this thing turned around in the right direction and we're winning," Nix said. "I know before I'm asked this, you're going to think I'm crazy, but we're not that far away."

“Russ and I scanned a list of possible candidates,” Wilson said. “We didn’t know them. I didn’t know them. I don’t think Russ did. We narrowed it down to two candidates for the job of general manager of football, two in-house candidates.”

I just love that they think 8-8 will be 2nd in the division, shows how little they think of the Jets this season, HA.

They liked Fitz completion percentage and TDs but he needs to work on lowering his INTs (not exactly breaking news)
Mario will make a huge impact and they love the D-line (of course, who wouldn't)
Most indispensable player is F. Jackson, best RB in the league that no one knows about (they mentioned Stevie but agreed on Fred)
8-8 is the record that they predict, they both have us missing the playoffs. Of course they said the Pats will win the division.

Mark Schlereth who is subbing in this morning, has us at 10-6 and making the playoffs. Said that the only reason the Bills fell off last year was because of injuries to the O-line, Fitz and Fred Ex. Thinks that the Fins and Jets aren't really good this year and that we'll split with NE again this year.
Most they didn't say anything that we all didn't know already.

Wasn't anything that wasn't expected from them. The only real error they had was saying losing Stevie Johnson to injury last year hurt us.

Eh- we didn't lose him, but he was certainly injured.

I would say 8-8 is a conservative prediction. The team has made some good additions, which should lead to more wins, but they haven't proven it on the field yet. It's hard to get a winning record in this league...look at the Giants, they win superbowls and sometimes just barely get over 8-8. 10-6 is still an optimistic prediction at this point for the Bills.

I agree, but it wasn't even them. It was Schlereth and somebody else.

I think its interesting to hear Schlereth somewhat praise the Bills. He is always dogging them. I like the 9-7 or 8-8 pick. I think that i fair this year
