    Default shipley?

he got released and i think he would be a decent pickup.. hes not a major star but he was good in college and seemed like he was gonna have a decent time in cinci.. He could come in a start for us considering easley is having some trouble and hagan looks great in camp but is he the real deal to start? Shipley could be a guy to move the chains for us??

Sorry, no interest in a marginal slot receiver with major knee issues. I have to question a guy that couldn't crack the Benglas depth chart at WR.

Living down here in Austin it's hard not to be a fan of him. They guy rarely dropped passes while at UT. I have not really paid attention to him while he was a Bangel. I don't see how it would hurt to have a look.

He is coming off a major acl surgery. Isn't 100 percent or even close to it or there would be no way the Bengals would have dropped him he was their primary slot wr.

    With that said no thanks.

He was slow before the ACL. Decent potential as a slot WR.

Can we claim him off waivers and stash him on the IR for a year to let his knee heal more? Is that possible? Kid has talent, excellent hands and when healthy he put up a decent numbers in 10 (hurt most of last year).

I saw that he was released and IMMEDIATELY thought of this board and threads that would be made about "get it done, OBD".

Looking at the Bills WRs, I don't see how kicking the tires on Shipley would be a bad thing. Outside of Stevie Johnson, there are no sure bets. On top of that who knows if Jones, and Easley will even stay healthy.
