Can't we all Just Get Along!!!

I am pretty new to this board (about 6 months). I have been a die hard Bills fan since I was four years old. I'm sure most of you on here are die hard Bills fans. Some probably have been fans before I was born. I know as Bills fans we are very passionate and loyal to our team. This passionate and loyalty is some of our strengths as fans but we need to channel it in the right direction.

I have noticed and I'm sure some of you have that these boards are full of disrespect and just plain out childishness. We all have our own opinions and that is awesome. This board is meant for us fans to discuss our team and our opinions. But to just plain attack someone personally about their opinion is not how us Bills fans should react. I will admit sometimes people's opinions just seem off base to me but that does not mean I attack the fellow fan personally. I will and we should be able to respond with our disagreements in a respectful manner. I'm not going to attack his IQ, or his mom, etc.

On the other hand this board should have a sense of humor so it is a fun place for us Bills fans to communicate. I'm just not down with attacking fellow fans personally. Notice I did not say to not disagree with them.

This is going to be a good year! I believe the Bills will make the playoffs (my opinion). We do have some work to do. These preseason games can attest to that but I don't put too much stock in preseason. So let's get along and channel our energy in cheering for our Bills as we make the playoffs this year!!!!

You might have a point if half the thread starters around here weren't tiresome trolls who post for no other reason than to rile people up. They're not expressing opinions or trying to start a debate. It's doubtful that all of them are even Bills fans.

Its post like this that i do not understand. We are talking about FOOTBALL not Soap Operas! Why does ANYONE get "riled" up over any football debate? Regardless of topic, just don't read it.

So, you're advocating the right to plaster the boards and it's up to the members to sift through the garbage and find what they want to read? What if a Frat house of Jets fans decided to stir the pot on the BBMB under the cover of being a Bills fan? I'm guessing that's cool with you?

Your probably right. You have been on here a lot longer than me! It's getting old and I just been on here for six months. That's why I don't respond to posts where I sense that is going on. But it's probably never going to change. I think we have a depleted fan base. We are all so sick of losing we're all frustrated. Not sexually frustrated but winning frustrated. This fan base is iritated. I thinks once we become a winning franchise the overall mood of this board will change.

I see you go around trying to start arguments, because others have different opinons than you. You can tell if its a thread you want to be involved in by the title, yet you choose to go into threads that you know will get you "riled up".

I can assure you that the posters on this board make up less than 1% of all Buffalo Bills fans worldwide... much less.

Im not so sure about that. I don't think there is a lot of true bills fans left. Maybe in Buffalo there is a lot of fans but here in las Vegas, NV I'm the only one you will see with a bills jersey on. Usually a Buffalo native will comment on my jersey. Lots of Cowboy, 49ers, and packer fans but Bills no!!!!
