I was all for this but we have a HUGE game coming up. When I say huge, of course I mean we are only 2 games up on the Jags for draft position. If they can pull off a loss here it would be huge. KC has Carolina, Cleveland, Oakland coming up. We could be starring at a top 3 pick. And interim coach might be more of a spark than we want right now.

They definitely need to keep Gailey here until the season is over. That way the draft pick will be higher. Only Gailey can perform the task of losing the next 5 games.

I can't take it anymore... PLEASE MR.NIX if you ever want to see your hard work pay off (good draft picks, player retentions, and FA signings) you have GOT to start by cutting ties with Gailey.........
