    Fire him already. What are they waiting for? The sooner they fire him the sooner we can start the rebuild. They already wasted 3 years with this clown, when are they going to realize he' s not a head coach.

    He will definitely be gone if they end up 5-11. Season tickets sales would drop by 15% if they retained him, imo. No way Ralph would put up with losing that much profit.

    We can only hope. I mean if I was Ralph i would want to win 1 super bowl before i died. If that meant spending the whole cap for once so be it. If i was him i would offer anything a top notch coach wanted ($$) to come here. This is Ralphies last chance to win a superbowl. Go out with a bang Sir and get these fans, this city, and this franchise 1 before your gone. I mean why would he want it any other way? Or is he not calling the shots anymore? Is it his bean counters that are making the decisions to make profit and not caring about winning? Are they just concerned with making their bank accounts bigger until they sell the team?
