We all had common knowledge a few years ago when Jim was running his mouth about having a group of financial investors and that the team would stay in Buffalo. Most people dismissed him including me. I thought he was full of BS just grasping for attention. He's been quiet because he was told to be. Many people still think he's a goof.

People love to talk a big game when they have been drinking. I agree, if a plan is already in place, then why wait? Kelly seems like he is very full of himself, at least he did when I ran into him a Shooters or whatever the bar on the waterfront was 20 some years ago.
