So really, nix has made the right moves. It's only a matter of time before it all works out. Mario will be a good player here for a long time. He's coming off an injury, he's switching back to a 4-3, and wannstedt is subpar.
That's the real problem here. Bad coaching. Not a bad GM. Once he drafts our franchise QB this year, well be all set!
In buddy we trust!!!
Oh... And start Tarvaris Jackson! Lol
How many teams win with a backup QB who already flamed out of 2 NFL cities? Buddy Nix signed 2 of those within 3 seasons.
Give me a break about the Mario excuses...he played 5 games at LB and got 5 sacks in those games. You sir are an idiot for making such a claim. Report me to the mods if you wish...but you're an idiot.
Bradham has not looked fantastic. He's looked good at times, but compared to the other LBs around him, see the movie "Hall Pass."
Glenn...well so far so good other than the QB you love so much hurting his ankle when he scrambled and fell on him.
Gilmore looks like a stud? Um, he's looked more lost than studly, but that's expected out of a rookie corner...and especially given the poor coaching he's getting.
Mario...when he actually looks like he gives a **** ...then I'll speak out him, but right now he's not worth talking about.
ADOPT A BILL:
Cordy Glenn - let him play left tackle people. Geesh!
My expectations for our new coach are simple.
1. Have the ability to locate decent stop gap players that are better players than the last ones who were on this roster for far too long.
2. Win as many games as you can, but when you lose ... get beat, don't follow in the steps of your predecessors who seemed to try and find new and inventive ways to loose winnable games.
