11 days off and only six games left, Chan/Buddy decide it is now time to remove Fitz as starting QB.

Jackson plays well enough and sparks the entire team that they go on a huge win steak to close out the season.

They either squeak in to the playoffs, or just miss with 7 to 9 wins

Buddy thinks TJax is the future, and now we are seating at the 18-22 spot of the draft.
