I see other rookies step up against our defense all the time, and around the league, actually...what a better way to give the guy some confidence and get him involved in this offensethan give him a chance to make a game winning reception. Also, Spiller was open because the Pats were giving us the underneath throws, knowing we had no time outs. Do people really think the Pats just forgot about Spiller?

plenty of time to spike the ball if Spiller didn't get in..that was the safe and correct read-to your best playmaker.

This game is 100% on the terrible D. Just like every other loss after the jet game. What do you want from Fitz? A TD on every drive. When you score over 30 again, you should win. How about we F-ing stop somebody

Ya know, its funny because even Chan and Fitz mentioned in the presser that it COULD have been for TJ, however, it could have been for anyone at that point.
    Can you dig it?

defense still held them to a field goal on their last drive..we had plenty of time to win and came so close if Fitz made the right read to spiller.

So the defense made one stop all game, offense put up 30+, yet its the offenses fault.

offense had 3 turnovers...still had a chance to win it and the QB failed in the clutch-again.

Oh come on! You Fitz haters are beyond rediclous. Of all the BS games you want to blame on Fitz, you know this is a lost cause. Between the refs and NE going down the field at will, come on. Fitz played lights out. The D gave up a huge chunk of yardage and time on that FG drive. Then you force Fitz to go down and get 7 again. This D is the most pathetic Bills unit in 15 years. This Offense kept them in the game all day. We cant get a stop against anyone. Both NE and Ten is 100% on the D. And you know it. Let Fitz play NLB too, then blame him for every loss

what if Fitz makes the right read to spiller, the bills score and win, then he'd be the hero...he throws a game ending pick-he has to be the goat..

The fact is Fitz did go for the win, admirable, but they just did not have to do it. There was still time. Bills still had time to hit the bread and butter, the short passes and let Spiller and Fred (with no fumble) do their magic.

Fitz is the dumbest smart guy in sports.

at the end of the day, the fact is that the bills were 15 yds away from a possible win, and fitz quite literally threw the game away.

LMFAO at you. So the Safe play is not to throw a TD pass if the receiver does the right thing, or an incomplete, but also to check it down, lose a bunch of seconds getting the ball spiked, and therefor even less plays. You are beat. If the receiver did what he was suppose to do they win, game over, that is the play. Man you people will go to no lengths so somehow twist reality, and all logic to find away to blame this guy. I can't believe human being make judgments this way. No wonder the planet is (&^(^9

...wait, the Tennessee game? The one we were winning until Fitz threw the game-losing INT with 3 minutes left, the one that let the Titans drive FTW?

    right, 100% D.

Now, I'm not saying the D isn't to blame, but Fitz is certainly NOT GOOD. Stop blaming the D - both are terrible.

And the D played pretty decent today. Offense needs to stop turning the ball over (3 today), stop throwing 40 times a game, stop shortchanging CJ on touches, and stop with the horrible playcalling.

The D needs to play with more gap discipline and play within their system. They need a key talent upgrade @ MLB.

The most 1st half penalty yds in an NFL game in 17 years and the most pathetic Defense I have ever seen. On the road against a team who has been in 5 superbowls in 10 years with maybe the best QB in NFL history.
I was waiting to see how ppl could possibly blame this on Fitz...never fails.

TJ is a rookie, and I am not sure he really believes what he said anyway.

On his touches, CJ averaged over 7ypc. He would have caught the ball at the 6...

    Just saying.
