NO...we are not starting over.
Reid as Head Coach, Gailey as OC, and Rex Ryan as DC once he gets canned.
I'd like that
"Tender and naive"? I think you mean "bitter and jaded".. This front office really hasn't shown me that they have the wherewithal to make a positive coaching change over the course of the last 12 years. Come back on here next year and tell me that when he's leading us to another sub 8 win season.

nope get a young hungry head coach.
Adopt-A-Bill 2012:Zebrie Sanders Adopt-A-Bill 2013:Garrison Sanborn
You mean like the young hungry coaches that teams brought in:
Del Rio
Cable
Capers
Marinelli
Jauron (he was young with the lions and wasn't that old with Buffalo)
Petrini
Schotenheimer
Raheem
Mangini
MacDaniels
Haley
Mora
Sparano
Bowles
Spagnuolo
Haslett
Singletary
Young Pete Caroll when NE hired him before Belli
and there there Gruden who left the Raiders to Tampa Bay and won his SB on the back of the team that Tony Dungy has built when he was fired. As was proven when he could not win another SB or even made it to the playoffs and was run out of town.
How did these guys work for their teams?
No, Andy Reid is a fat slob of a coach that can't motivate anything but his legs to the Buffet line.
not to mention, this is a good ol' boys league and the percentage of young guys to old guys working is low to begin with.
Older guys stick around and tend to be more successful because if they are still around, they are winning!
Really! Andy Reid, that's just as bad as the Gruden rumor, I think Andy needs to take some time off and be with his family, I know some would say " Get back int the Saddle", but in this case I think its time for rest and reflection on his part. The Bills need simply better coaching and execution of on offense and defense, no bone headed throws ( Fritz). We have spent too much money and we need better cooridnators on offense and defenses that understands and can take true advantage of the talent that is already there. Dave W is a disappointment.
He might be the worst possible option here. Sometimes the game passes you by, and it's pretty clear this is the case with Andy Reid right now. Here are four guys who could actually help, what do you guys think?: http://buffalowdown.com/2012/11/08/b...at-head-coach/
