Nix always tells the truth. Remember he said Jonathan Martin was the best player available in the draft after the 1st round? Ended up passing on Martin for Cordy Glenn.

He tells the truth when he answers. When he doesn't want to answer, he doesn't.

He also says stuff that sounds like he said something but if you go back and actually examine the grammar and the words wasn't a promise or a commitment or anything. He says stuff that people want to hear and the people run with it.
