What has he done since he was resigned? Get rid of him already. The losing culture needs to get off of this team. IMO the Bills should be saying goodbye to G. Wilson, Kelsay, and Fitz.

He has been a good player for this team and plays with a ton of heart but he is done. Its time for him and the team to move on. Good luck Chris.

Kelsay must have lost his dirty pictures of Ralph Wilson.
But in all seriousness, we've probably (and hopefully) have seen the last of Kelsay in a Bills uniform. I wish him well and thank him for his efforts but it's clearly time to move on regardless of what happens with his current injury status.
