Definitely not with a new coach, that would be a year lost to rebuilding. I think it can be done with Fitz at the helm, but whether it's more or less likely than with another QB would depend a lot on who that other QB is.

gailey and fitz but draft a QB and def need FA #1WR and LB. lots of fat needs to be trimmed on this team, kelsay,wilson,thiggy,troup and a few others.

I know the Bills aren't sniffing the playoffs with Gailey and Fitz so the obvious answer is new HC/QB, even though we have no clue who that could be at this point in time.
