Again, the Bills don't have any money to sign anyone.
They're own free agents are going to cost them $20+ mil in new salary alone if they want to resign them...

Can't see us splashing the cash this year but I want to see what they do with Kelsay and McGee. Might be time to move on.
I am not a number, I am a free robot.

RB Corey McIntyre
WR Donald Jones (RFA)
WR Ruvell Martin
WR David Nelson (RFA)
WR Brad Smith ($2.75 + $500k bonus)
TE Dorin Dickerson? (undisclosed)
OT Colin Brown (RFA)
OG Andy Levitre
OG Chad Rinehart (RFA)
OG Kraig Urbik (RFA)
DL Spencer Johnson
DL Chris Kelsay ($3,725)
DL Shawne Merriman
DL Kyle Moore
LB Bryan Scott
DB Jairus Byrd
DB Terrence McGee ($1.75 + $350k bonus)
DB Leodis McKelvin
Of that list I'd keep Choice, McIntyre, Jones, Nelson, Brown, Levitre, Urbik, Rinehart, Moore, Byrd and McKelvin. I'd let Jackson, Thigpen, Douglas, Martin, Dickerson, Johnson, Merriman and Scott walk. I'd cut McGee, Kelsay, Smith outright.
Take a look you may be surprised to see we can get every position of need filled with quality starters. I didnt read what positions you wanted to get because it doesnt really matter to me because I already know what positions and which players will fill those positions best to make this a playoff team.
(Get it done OBD sign Chad Johnson to min.)
1. Dwayne Bowe, WR, Chiefs
2. Quentin Jammer, CB, Chargers
3. Anthony Spencer, SLB, Cowboys

Bills 2008 prediction record - 7-9
Keep Merriman leader and he seems to be coming around as a backup
The Bills are 7.4 million under the cap now.
We gain 5 million we were still paying Maybin, and I feel Kelsay is gone, which is another 3.75 million.
Merriman is not signed for next year. I think they should resign him, which could cost up to 5 million (4 million this year)
We gain 2.4 million that we don't have tagged to Evans.
Moorman gone is 1.4 million
I say drop McIntyre, for another .9 million
As of right now, with no FA's resigned, we're at 66.7 Million towards next year
The 2013 Cap is projected to remain about the same as this year, just over 120 million.
I think we're looking pretty good, actually
Team Salaries: http://www.sportscity.com/nfl/salari...ills-salaries/
QB: Glennon and Nassib-he reminds me too much of Lindley though
WR: Robert Woods, idk anybody else really
LB: T'eo and Thomas
CB: anybody from LSU or Alabama
S: idk, someone good
C (backup): Mike Golic jr.
Do you like Phil Collins?
QB: Nope (draft a developmental prospect) we are too close to
WR: Greg jennings is the best fit in this timing offense and can play slot or "Z". I 'd draft Keenan Allen in the 1st.
LB: Daryl Smith worth a shot to see if he can comeback from injury. Vet playmaking OLB.
CB: Re-sign McKelvin gives time to see how youngsters develop
S: Re-sign Byrd I like the rotation with Searcy & Wilson. Aaron Williams may end up here as a FS and I'd like t idea.
C (backup): Urbik
RT: Don't need one
HB/TE (playmaker/thumper): Delanie Walker he can be a tumper as a run blocker, athletic enough to keep LB'ers honest in the passing game as a check down. This will help open up the middle for Jennings,Stevie, Chandler, Nelson in the passing game. This will also keep LB at a decent depth for a straight ahead running attack by CJ & Freddie.
I love the smell of charcoal in the morning.
