    As if there is a justification to say that a 24 year old man in great athletic shape is winded after a 15 yard run.
    There is no justification for it.

    Why Gailey is a bad coach is because he is obsessed with everyone being able to block, and he won't take advantage of CJ's strengths.
    Which is going to get him more winded?
    A 15 yard run or having to block a 300 pound lineman while the quarterback sails another one incomplete.

    As for Gailey his is either outright lying about Spiller being winded, or he is just extremely ignorant and putting him in situation he's not designed for.
