    I believe in our players too, with maybe 1 or 2 exceptions. The talent is there if we add a franchise QB, though.

    Why is it every time the Bills are in this situation, all these type of threads come out? It's tiresome. I don't care if he believes in his players. He doesn't use one of the best backs in the NFL. He uses his QB like he's Dan Marino. There's no motivation. No yelling at the refs when needed and the teams is always blowing these type of games. Sickening.

    Chan Gailey 12/26/2010 - Pass rush would of helped a couple of those. That guy (Tom Brady) stood back there forever and someone finally come open.

    That's fine but do the players, fans, and Bills' personnel believe in you? My answer is NO! Get rid of this guy already!
    The best man to ever lead this franchise, especially when adversity was not common in the league at the time. Ralph, firing this guy was the biggest mistake of your life and you will go down in history with too many fans knowing that! Kudos Mr. Bill Polian, at least you won your championship; I'm happy for you!

    We all see how much he believes in CJ.. Sham Gailey needs to move on and the quicker the better.
    I raised my kids as Bills fans, should social services be talking to me about that ? Is that a form of child abuse ?

    Gailey may believe in the players but I think a lot of the players no longer believe in him.

    A coach that doesn't think outside the box... A coach that can't win divisional games... A coach that doesn't know time management...A coach that doesn't use his best player... A coach with a blind faith in a bad quarterback... A coach that doesn't "coach"...........But at OBD he is the definition of a winner who they believe can win a Super Bowl every year

    I believe in the overwhelming majority of the players too.

    Unfortunately I don't have an ounce of faith in the head coach of this team.

    Doesn't seem like it. No faith in Lindell, no faith in our line holding off a pass rush so you can attempt something in the end zone before half.
