I assumed since we beat the Jets the last time we played then we'd pick after them. Don't we win the tiebreaker?

With the Cardinals passing the Bills today, there could be as many as 4 QBs off the board before Buffalo picks.

In a position to draft a QB. Hope they do and some other position player drops to us that will be much better. Take a QB in the second and another later.

For what it is worth... I just read draft trek.com's prospects list.
Geno Smith was the 8th guy on the top prospects list.
That and 1.25 will buy you a diet coke from the machine where I work, but I thought I would mention it.

I think Chris is restricted in WHEN he can say something, and I do think he looks for the positives, but I don't think he is told what to say. I mean if Gruden was in the building and CB saw him, he can't say anything about it. But when he says the players feel they are better, he is giving the players the chance to give us that message, he doesn't necessarily believe it. He might believe it but I don't think he understands why fans are mad. But he can't be Jerry Sullivan and hate all OBD does and keep his job. I myself look at it like 'how can this work' instead of 'man this isn't going to work' and I think brownie writes that way.

So you're suggesting that the Bills screwed themselves out of a top QB because Arizona leapfrogged them. And just who would this QB be? Geno Smith? A man who looks completely lost and timid in the pocket against a mediocre college defense in Syracuse.

Pretty much every year we pick between 8-11.
Not exactly a great place because we miss out on the elite prospects.

Ok I looked it up and turns out the Bills strength of schedule was .480 Cleveland (.508) and Arizona (.559) each had harder schedules, so the Bills in fact would have leapfrogged them had they lost to the 6 spot.

There is going to be a lot of movement before the draft. Guys will rise and fall, and some QB's taken ahead of others will fail while the later picks prosper.
I have to admit I was wrong. I thought Washington gave away too much in order to get RG3. It appears, right now, I was wrong, very wrong. He could be a one year wonder, but I'm not betting on that happening. He seems to have his head on straight and seems mature beyond his years. JMO

No, 6th if we lost. We had an easier SofS than either Cleveland or Arizona.
