No, I'm saying that if they're targeting a QB, there is now a higher percentage that said QB will be off the board given Arizona "leapfrogging" the Bills.

I'm fine with getting the top LB then.
"Fans get me going. The worst thing to do is talk junk to me before I'm about to go against your quarterback. Whenever I get trash talked by fans at an away game, that's the best motivation. Because I know if I get the opportunity to get to the quarterback, it's going to be even worse now. If there's a fan telling me I'm garbage and my team sucks, you're talking directly to me. And I'm going to take it out directly on your quarterback."

Is that their SOS as it stands now? If they would have won, would it have lowered their SOS, because each of them would have then played a team with one more loss 2x more since they were division games.

    Pretty much.

There's times I wish we could just flat out suck and finish 3-13 as opposed to 6-10 or 7-9 every year.

Regardless I'm sure it wouldn't have mattered anyway as we probably would have reached for some crappy player with a top 5 pick most years anyway.

What's funny is if the Bills had lost the threads would be about how the bills laid down like dogs and showed no heart.

They won a football game and regardless of where they draft winning comes first.

Reminds me where Watt was drafted, Aldon Smith, Aaron Rodgers, heck what about everyone's favorite poster child Russell Wilson...

You do not have to have the top pick to find the right player. You have to do your homework and have your board set correctly.

Like people have pointed out, the same way you can have Luck and RG3, is the same way you could have Couch and Akili Smith.

You have to draft smart not just get the luck of the draw. I admit, I do not think eighth is the best spot. I fore one will be the first to tell you, this is the one year, I would want to trade out.

Buffalo needs to address the QB position, however, they can not take someone to take someone. They need to find the correct value. Granted QBs are going higher than they should, and Ponders, Gabberts, and Lockers prove that. However, they should also be a lesson that you do not overdraft for the sake of doing so.

I'm very happy with how the game turned out.. Convincing win over the Jets, kicked them when they were down... Plus a top 10 draft pick, and the earliest draft pick in our division still.

Bills pick around this spot (8-12) every year, except 2011.

I agree with that statement you don't just take someone to take someone at the QB position but every year there is 1 or more QB's in the draft who become franchise QB's, we need to identify that guy and go out and get him round 1, no waiting around, if he is definitely a round 2 prospect then you trade down a bit and grab an extra pick in the process but you don't not take your guy just because he isn't graded high by some draft expert, if he is franchise material you get him.
