This is a valid point. Take his choice of Vick at QB. Faulty guy given a second chance in Philly.

Still, a good choice made now and it won't matter. We shall see who he choses at DC. That is number one for him.

more than the QB issues, I'm more concerned with his DC selection. when Johnson passed, he made some major blunders.

My thing with Reid is, has the man truly come to peace with what has happened in his personal life.

In no way am I judging the man's grieving process nor am I saying that Reid needs to have his head on straight or take a hike.

I am saying, that type of issue might be something that Andy might need to prioritize.

The man is one of the best minds in the game and would welcome the guy if the aforementioned issues are taking care of.

I would dance in the streets if Andy Reid was hired as the next head coach. Look at the success this guy had in one of the toughest divisions in the NFL? I followed the team closely while I lived in Philly and I can tell you we have not had a coach like this since Marv.

No, he had to work with a very low assistant budget and therefor promoted from within. He's not without fault, but he is not without only partial blame for the collapse.

gotcha. didn't factor the budget into account. castillo still can't have been the best guy under those circumstances, but that certainly limits any major changes.
