    -Former coach of the year.
    -Runs a 4-3 defense which we are built for.
    -Has made the playoffs.
    -Had a top 10 defense in 2011 as a coordinator.

    he does have a good defensive mind, but like so many good coordinators, not HC material. He did too a very nice job in Cleveland
