All Teams have Owners which is where the most time is required...

but the Owners are looking for members to help scout Rookies look for potential Trades with other teams and maybe even create Game Plans for upcoming games

but right now we are obviously in the off season and Free Agency and Rookie Drafts are coming around the corner so now is a great time to jump aboard a team and start scouting...
