    Kelly called his own plays out of the coaches playbook. He did not create the gameplan either. Either you want a bunch of attention or you have something wrong with you.

    At best you start him as QB coach, but you can't just hire an offensive coordinator with no coaching experience, and no, the no huddle doesn't count as experience...

    real NFL teams don't do this this idea is beyond stupid. its this kinda crap that makes the bills a laughing stock in the NFL like hiring Marv levy to be your GM
