Wow he looks good against...uh...Northern Illinois??!!?

I'll always remember how CJ went out with a bang in 2012:

    Gotta be CJ!

This should not be a game right now. FSU is underachieving badly.

Manuel has been inconsistent all year. He's mobile, good size, and has a strong arm. But his accuracy is shaky and he just doesn't seem to have a high IQ or game awareness. I would be absolutely shocked to see him succeed in the NFL. He's a Tarvaris Jackson at best.

It's really hard to watch this.

"What matters is two years and three years down the road, if we have this thing turned around in the right direction and we're winning," Nix said. "I know before I'm asked this, you're going to think I'm crazy, but we're not that far away."

“Russ and I scanned a list of possible candidates,” Wilson said. “We didn’t know them. I didn’t know them. I don’t think Russ did. We narrowed it down to two candidates for the job of general manager of football, two in-house candidates.”

Jimbo Fisher needs to hire an OC.........being the HC/OC isn't working. If we commit to the run game this is a 24/32-10 ball game sheesh

Can any FSU fans tell me if Mario Edwards has played at all this year. I remember he was the best defensive player out of high school last year.

He pretty much had to start playing once Tank Carradine went down. He looks like a grown man and has handled himself well for a freshman.

The plan was similar on Saturday for freshman defensive end Mario Edwards Jr. The former five-star recruit was slated to redshirt when the season began, but injuries to Brandon Jenkins and Cornellius Carradine thrust him into the starting lineup.

The 285-pound pass rusher played out of necessity, but he quickly flashed the potential that had coaches drooling just a year earlier, and Edwards finished Saturday's game with seven tackles, proving to be surprisingly effective against Tech's often troublesome option attack. On one play, he was cut by a lineman but still managed to dump Tech quarterback Tevin Washington for a loss from the ground.
"The kid is not normal," defensive tackle Timmy Jernigan said. "He was 315 pounds [in August] and he was doing back flips. I've never seen something quite like him. He reminds me of, if you could, put Bjoern and Tank [Carradine] together."

He started out as the 4th DE............he had 3 1st round picks in front of him in Werner, Jenkins & Carradine. He's gonna be a good one if he can get his weight down some or if we move to 3-4 next season he'll probably stay where he's at.

You're welcome. You see Clowney today? Kid looks like a pro-bowler playing in college.

Just imagine if Jenkins never got hurt..........we would've had 3 DE's with 10+ sacks

Yeah I saw. I got drunk after the game because SC beat my team. Clowney could probably be the 1st pick this year as a sophmore.

Pryor has been great for us.......hoping he finds a spot on an NFL roster.

The loss of Chris Thompson really hurt our offense..........we lost that homerun threat out of the backfield. In hoping he gets one more year of eligibility but I doubt it.

I can't believe the year Thompson was having especially after his serious back issues. Felt really bad for him hen he went down this year. He was having an incredible season.
